Mr. Paul Verhagen is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Philips Consumer Lifestyle. Paul’s career with Philips spans 17 years, during which time he has held various treasury, controlling and CFO roles within Philips Corporate Treasury, the divisions Consumer Electronics, Components, and Medical Systems, as well as within Philips Joint Ventures in the Display Components business across the globe. Paul has significant experience working with high growth organizations, managing distressed businesses and in integration work related to acquisitions. On September 1, 2007, Paul was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer, Consumer Electronics. On January 1, 2008 the divisions Consumer Electronics and Domestic Appliances & Personal Care were integrated into one Consumer Lifestyle Sector, of which Paul was appointed Chief Financial Officer. He holds a Masters of Business Economics from the Catholic University of Brabant and a post Graduate Certified Controllers degree from the University of Maastricht.
